Our founder, Dilip Patel, has been offering his services as a Campus Architect to CEPT University, since 2012.

Being one of India’s pioneering institutions for design education, CEPT university is known for its revolutionary and iconic modern architecture. Since its inception and development over the years, CEPT has been adept at embracing change, operating at the threshold of sustained continuum and responsive evolution.

Our work with CEPT University since 2012 addresses the evolving and dynamic nature of requirements that an academic institution undergoes, in relation to its builtscape. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of the reforms and changes at an academic pedagogical level, which need to reflect through the use of the spaces. Both these changes, academically and spatially, need to work in cohesion, to provide the best to the students and the fraternity at large.

These endeavours sum up our responsibilities as a Campus Architect:

• Space planning and rationalisation plan, reflecting the new usage pattern for the CEPT campus

• Designing, detailing and construction drawings for varying scales of planning, architecture, interior design and furniture related developments

• Managing upgradation of existing services, ranging from plumbing, electrification, data networking, water management and HVAC to building infrastructure previously non-existent

• Tender preparation, evaluation and selection of contractors, liaising with the neighbouring institutes for shared resources

• Advising in the process of master planning, development and execution of newer buildings on campus
