A deconstructed take on cashmere knits was the central idea of Allude’s spring collection, which played out in a soft palette of white, cream and pale green.
Designer Andrea Karg worked textures ranging from a superfine ribbed top to a sleeveless cream vest in extra-thick wool yarn. Crinkled linen skirts with paper-bag waists served as a foil for her experiments with draped, asymmetric tops that incorporated panels of mesh and fuzzy trim. On several looks, including a cardigan in a cream-and-white harlequin grid, she spliced in panels of bleached denim.
