ERROR: Game doesn't count playtime

This game doesn't even count your playtime on Steam properly. I've had it on for probably 30 minutes or so total and it still only shows 1 minute. For whatever reason it does not count your playtime properly.

Does not download anything anywhere. Not one single file. Nags about a "missing executable" although absolutely nothing was downloaded. What is this?

Still Have This and Megarace 2

I still have these lying about with some old legacy hardware. I remember playing these on my old SB16 Sound System kit, it came with the card + cd-rom + game and utility software. Love that Lance Boyle schtick :D
