The best apricots in the world – the heirloom Blenheim variety – are grown locally here in Santa Clara and San Benito counties. Our apricots are picked at the peak of ripeness, hand cut and dried in the sun, a process which helps retain the natural, bright orange color, vitamins and minerals.
