Alborn Releases New EP ‘Push’ and Music Video.

Hard rock band Alborn releases its new EP, entitled Push, via Pavement Entertainment. Push features four songs. The first three were produced by Chris Collier and James “Fluff” Harley Harley of CMC21 Productions, who have worked with Korn, and the fourth song was produced by Morgan Rose and Jose Urquiza.

The track listing for Push is as follows:

  1. Learn To Live
  2.  Push
  3. Even Numbers
  4. Ten Times

Alborn felt more driven than ever before in the wake of the COVID pandemic. This hardship and others propelled the band into new territory, which is how the new EP came to be.

Lead singer and guitarist Justin Taylor says, “The pandemic showed us that time is too precious to play it safe, or write what we think people want to hear. On this EP, we’ve represented who we are, what we stand for, and why we stand for it. For that, we are prouder than we’ve ever been with the outcome.”

In conjunction with releasing the new EP, Alborn also premieres the video for ‘Push.’ Watch it here: https://youtu.be/hWrWKmL5xSI

On the title track, Taylor says, The song ‘Push’ is us at our most determined. I was dealing with a negative influence in my life. The regret I felt from tolerating the abuse consumed me, until we all decided to overcome it as a band. We each brought every ounce of us into the studio and left with nothing but confidence knowing that we had conquered the problem.”

To celebrate the new release, Alborn is playing a sold out EP release party this Saturday at Common Chord. The following week, the band will hit the road with Powerman 5000.
