How To Make Crab & Avocado Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 8 small tostada shells
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, avocado, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until well combined.

  2. Place the tostada shells on a serving platter.

  3. Spoon a generous amount of the crab and avocado mixture onto each tostada shell.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
