At No. 3, the perfect balance of juniper, citrus and spice makes for a truly satisfying gin. The classic London Dry style gin is a dry spirit, releasing the powerful piney notes of juniper that are balanced with a sweetness derived from a trio of three citrus elements which linger to release their full flavour. A background fragrance of spice adds warmth to the palate.

TASTING NOTES
Nose
Bright, crisp and fresh with an uplifting welcome of juniper.
Palate
Juniper to the fore, supported by floral notes and spicy, warm cardamom. Plenty of citrus ‘zing’ complemented by the gingery spiciness of coriander.
Finish
The earthy dryness of Angelica kicks in.
