Northwest of the highlands there is the Temple of Frost carved into the mountains. The temple has several frost giants roaming around, there were actually 2 of these guys in the temple, one down in the lower level and one in the upper level. These guys seem to have low accuracy with their attacks but they hit like tanks just like the normal frost giants. Both of these guys had 2 guards with them but you only need to kill 1 for the trophy. Check both rooms for more recipes as well.
