I am tremendously impressed by Dr. Thomas Franco. In fact, I felt fortunate to have been examined and evaluated by such an experienced and consummate professional. He explained what kind of peripheral neuropathy he believed that I was dealing with, asked me very relevant questions about my own and my family history, and told me in advance the purpose of every element of his diagnostic procedure. He is the increasingly rare kind of physician who communicates his expertise as well as his confidence without arrogance and with language that an educated layperson can understand. When he wasn't sure about something, he explained why he wasn't and what the unknown elements were.
