App installed and activated on my new mobile, then I restore the factory settings on my phone and I'm unable to log in any more, password not recognized, I changed the password and the same result, contacted 111 costumers support multiple times ( more than 4 times) they said wait till next day I will work now guess what .... Nothing happens, visited the company showroom multiple times ( at least 3 times) they said the same thing I fixed it for wait till next day.... and yet no thing happened.
