Two terrible experiences... booked a cab and it never showed up. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and had to walk. Worse, on another day, I took a Yellow Taxi with a friend. As I was getting out, my friend paid half but the driver knew I didn't see that. When I gave him €50, he gave me change as if I paid for the whole thing. He quickly drove off before I could speak to my friend. We instantly realized the Yellow Taxi driver robbed us.

Useless service and app. Nobody was on the pick up location at the time. We wait more than 15m and tried to use the contact phone, but nobody answered. Avoid this app and service at all costs!

4 months ago Great service ... We were picked up from the airport on time, the driver was holding a sign which our names clearly written , the vehicle was clean and close to the exit from the terminal. The driver offered us water to drink on our way and we arrived quickly to our aparment in Barcelona. The pick up for the ride back to the airport was also very nice. We were four passengers with four suitcases and there was no problem of room for all of us.
