This was a bad choice! I cancelled the next day & tried multiple times to cancel using the bot. It eventually cancelled but never notified me. I tried again & requested a refund ( well within the free trial period) through customer service email to be told they don't allow refunds. This is the most frustrating experience, which wasted my time & money. I do not recommend at all!!! Just another app that wants your money, yet doesn't care about customer service... that's my perception.

I can't cancel in the app, when I try to cancel using your bot it can't find my account, and the help center and contact us buttons are broken. My coach didn't show to our call, and the app itself is horribly lacking in anything useful. That's all before the weekly fee that could buy me two days of healthy meals. Don't do it, y'all. Don't do it.

Looked forward to a personalized plan after a questionnaire and basically the app/contact never delivers. False advertising! The app is only a connection with a coach for questions, etc. Meal, water and weight tracker. (You can get those for free) Emails mention claiming an e-book but it just directs you back to their questionnaire and logging in to the app.
