The countdown for Christina Aguilera's Las Vegas residency has begun.

The singer, 42, released a sneak peek rehearsal video for her upcoming Las Vegas residency on Instagram Wednesday.

Throughout the short video, she sings “Guy What Takes His Time” from Burlesque, the 2010 film she made with Cher

As Aguilera rehearses the sultry movie musical number, she’s recorded marking a few dance moves before belting out the song. The singer treats the camera to a couple of her iconic vocal runs as the video concludes.

The actress rehearsed the fan-favorite song while wearing a pair of thigh-high black leather boots, a black jersey shirt-dress and a black satin baseball cap, with a pair of oversized black sunglasses.

“10 days ‘til show day 🎤,” Aguilera captioned the post.

On Saturday, the "Genie in a Bottle" singer shared an Instagram carousel teasing opening night. In the series of photos, Aguilera posed on a celestial-inspired stage in various metallic outfits.

"Two weeks ‘til opening night 💎," she captioned the post.

Aguilera will be performing shows at the Voltaire Belle de Nuit venue at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas beginning Dec. 30.

When the "Dirrty" singer announced the residency in October, she shared a peek at what's to come by displaying a new blonde hairdo.

“Immerse yourself in the fusion of art and music 💎," she wrote on Instagram.

“I’m bringing an intimate, seductive and sophisticated new show to Las Vegas," Aguilera continued. “@voltairelv will allow me to be up-close-and-personal with YOU for a truly modern twist on the performance experience."

The Burlesque star will reportedly be executive producing a stage musical adaptation of the film.

Entertainment Weekly reported in late September that the stage adaptation will be written by Steven Antin, who wrote and directed the movie. The stage version will reportedly include songs Aguilera, Sia and Diane Warren wrote for the film, as well as new numbers by Todrick Hall.

The production is expected to premiere in the U.K. in the future, EW reports.
