Steven Tyler and his much-younger girlfriend, Aimee Preston, are still going strong.
The couple, who have a 39-year age gap, packed on the PDA at the Aerosmith frontman’s Jam for Janie Grammy viewing party at the Hollywood Palladium on Sunday night.
Tyler, 75, and Preston, 36, looked smitten with each other as they kissed on the red carpet.
The rock star wore a pair of black boot cut jeans and a matching button-down shirt with a black and gold embroidered blazer, a studded belt and multiple colorful necklaces.
Preston met Tyler in 2012 when she was hired to be his personal assistant. They reportedly started dating in 2014 but were last photographed together in 2022.
For their latest outing, Preston stunned in a bright blue strapless dress with a corset bodice and a flowing, high-low ruffled skirt.
She paired it with neon pink pumps and a stack of light blue bangles on her wrist, with her raven hair styled in loose waves.
Preston is 10 years younger than the “Dream On” hitmaker’s 46-year-old daughter, Liv Tyler, whom he shares with former model Bebe Buell.

Steven also shares daughter Mia Tyler, 45, with his first wife, Cynthia Foxe, to whom he was married from 1978 to 1987.
The Grammy winner wed his second wife, Teresa Barrick, in 1988, and the former couple share daughter Chelsea Anna Tallarico, 34, and son Taj Monroe Tallarico, 33.
Steven and Barrick divorced in 2006 before he moved on with Erin Brady.
The two were briefly engaged but called it off in 2013.
During a 2018 appearance on “The Late Late Show,” host James Corden asked Steven whether he had ever hit on one of his daughter Liv’s movie star friends.
“Yes, I have. And I got a lot of s–t for it, too,” he admitted at the time.
Last year, the musician was sued by a woman who claimed he had sexually assaulted her when she was a teen in the 1970s. He denied the accusation.
