For four consecutive years, Shelbie Rose, the Women’s Rodeo Coach at Oklahoma Panhandle State University, has earned the NIRA Central Plains Coach of the Year title. 

Rose will compete for the NIRA Rodeo Coach of the Year title at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming, from June 9 to 15.
