Asma Agad, DNP student, recently received the 2019 North Carolina Nurses Association (NCNA) Triangle Region Nursing Student of the Year Award in Durham at the Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club at NCNA's Celebration of Nursing in Durham event. 

The recipients of the Triangle Nursing Student of the Year Award are chosen based on contributions that have made a significant impact in their school of nursing, community, faculty and classmates.
