#nondualiteit #zelfleiderschap #leiderschap #meditatie #complexiteit

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with dozens of personal coaches. Some of them hesitated to simply call themselves coaches, yet they struggled to find a more fitting title. This led me to ponder: Can coaching exist without the label of a coach? Is it possible for someone deemed a coach to step back entirely, allowing coaching to unfold naturally? Coaching typically addresses conflicts, right? Conflict arises from separation. Interestingly, in traditional coaching, this separation tends to be reinforced. The coach introduces: - The problem versus the individual who must ultimately assume responsibility - The scenario versus the coachee's personal interpretation - The coach as guide/mentor/facilitator versus the coachee needing assistance - The issue versus the cause - The current state versus the desired state - The individual facing challenges versus the path to resolution In essence, traditional coaching approaches often perpetuate separation rather than addressing the underlying mechanism that created it. Yet, this mechanism itself might be the root cause of conflict of any kind. FYI: Currently, we’re developing a unique training program based on non-positional relating for (aspiring) nondual coaches. Coaches: It can be done. Coaching from and to a nondual understanding. And it leads to lasting transformation in the coachee. However: - Your nondual insight must be solid. - You need to know which traditional coaching techniques are unskillful here (some will even get in the way). - You must know enough about effective spiritual practices to offer those that benefit the specific client without alienating them. - And you need to frame this in the relevant business / leadership context. Youri Hermes and I are pleased to be offering a perfect blend of all these in a coaching training program starting after the summer. We know from experience that helping others to a nondual understanding marries beautifully with the established practice of coaching. Stay up-to-date about this program: link in the comments.

[ENGLISH BELOW] Leuk nieuws! Interesse? Stuur mij een DM. ———————————— Exciting news! A new book is coming soon, and it will be first published in Dutch. Introducing: 'Not Your Responsibility.' It is the successor to my book 'Enlightenment Without Bells and Whistles' and is more of a workbook. The meaning of taking responsibility varies for different people. With all the ethical viewpoints circulating, it's easy to forget what it truly signifies. You might even feel overwhelmed by everything society expects of you. Imagine if you could make taking responsibility more effortless, playful, and functional. 'Sounds nice,' you might think, 'but how can I know if a transformation to these outcomes is possible?' To find out for yourself, I've developed 60 meditations you can experiment with. These meditations are divided into 10 nondual transformations. Each transformation illustrates which meditations contribute to moving from a specific challenge to a particular desire, such as from feeling tensed to being at ease. The corresponding meditations are designed to align with your personal needs. Soon I will be looking for proofreaders. Interested? Send me a DM.

Curious about what truly drives people in life, I hit the streets and asked individuals about their deepest desires. What I found was fascinating: there seem to be two main ways people approach this question. Some share their personal aspirations, while others view it from a collective perspective. In the article I just published, I delve into both viewpoints, sharing video snippets from the interesting interviews I had with strangers on the street. Discover the diverse range of desires that shape our lives. Click here to go to the article: https://lnkd.in/ev8_8aYb

What is the meaning of life? Countless of books have been written about this beautiful subject. All the more reason to ask this question to complete strangers on the street instead of the all-knowing gurus on a pillow ;) In this article, I’ve added a couple video clips of mini interviews I did.
