Meet Margaret my salamander she was just a wee thing when i took this picture. She lived for 12 years and grew to be about 6 inches long. This photo was taken before she met her partner Howard. I mentioned them a few months back. I have other photos where i am holding her. They do not like to be held so if you see them in your garden, just let them be. My cat brought her in thru the crack in my garage. She brought me peace and tranquillity.
