The Crayon Shin-Chan 3DCG movie released a new trailer showing off more of its nice-looking 3DCG effects, while also revealing more of its cast members and its theme song!
The movie’s theme song is “Future is Yours” performed by the Rock band Sambomaster. Cast members joining the film include Tori Matsuzaka as Mitsuru Hiriya, the film’s antagonist. The members of the comedy group Kūki Kaidan including Mogura Suzuki and Katamari Mizukawa have also been cast as Professor Ikebukuro and Nostradamus II. And Akari Kito is joining as Negiko Shintani, a member of the psychic committee who is dedicated to training Shinnosuke to use his new powers properly.
Shin Jigen! Crayon Shin-chan The Movie Chōnōryoku Dai Kessen: Tobetobe Temakizushi is premiering in theaters on August 4.

Crayon Shin-Chan is a comedy manga series created by the late Yoshito Usui in 1990, starring the adventures of a 5-year-old boy called Shinnosuke “Shin” Nohara, his family, dog, and his best friends, leading to funny adventures and mishaps, while also touching on the importance of family and life.
On a dark night, two lights flew into the earth from outer space, descending into the Japanese Archipelago, and landing on an ordinary house in the city of Kasukabe, where it hit a young 5-year-old boy named Shinnosuke.
As he was waiting for dinner, as usual, he realized that his butt… has superpowers?! Using his new powers Shinnosuke does whatever he can, letting him float into the air and even grab objects from afar! On the other side of Japan though, another man was struck by the dark light that flew in from the sky, and he has acquired new supernatural powers and begins a reign of terror. What will happen when light and dark clash, and can Shinnosuke grow up enough to save the day!?
