The total value of the project is 80 million. euros, and the value of the national stadium is about 33 million. euros. The multifunctional complex on the hills of Šeškinė will be dedicated to health, education and promotion of employment.
A cultural center, a library, a 22-place kindergarten and a sports museum will also be installed on the 300 ha territory.
