Whip N Dip

Perfect Mom & Pop type ice cream shop in Palmetto Bay. They provide various delicious flavors. I got a 10 oz cup (my eyes were hungrier than my stomach) and went with Coffee, Almond Chip and Bulldog Blitz. I loved each flavor but I will not mix them next time I come back! Price was a bit much ($9) however the 10 oz cup allowed 2 scoops of each flavor... yes I got 6 scoops!

They also sell homemade ice cream sandwiches and cakes that looked amazing!

The ice creams are made fresh every day with quality ingredients resulting in a smooth ice cream with great flavors. They also offer a bunch of different soft serves and vegan options as well as sorbets.

The staff is so friendly and this is definitely a favorite for the locals!

I was so disappointed!

The ice cream wasn't good, there were only 6 flavors, and very few toppings.

The Dairy Queen down the street is better quality.

Also...there is a really dirty fish tank in the lobby, someone should probably clean it..

I'm not one to post negative reviews, but hopefully it's taken as constructive criticism. I went with vanilla soft-serve and it was very disappointing- quite watery and the flavor is just not there. What's even more unfortunate are those prices! 2 small soft serves with one topping for $16... I wish I was kidding. Would have loved to keep supporting this small business, but wish we would have gone to dairy queen quite frankly.

Feeling so lucky that Whip N Dip's second location landed minutes from our home. Lots of flavors, big selection of treats and great service! Best ice cream in Miami! Welcome to the neighborhood!

Horrible management now. Products icy. Cookies stale. Used to be great. And tried to resolve and George supposed manager just ignores emails.

My family was so excited to visit this new location. We came close to closing time. We asked about the Triple Threat flavor twice to make sure it did contained NO PEANUTS. The employee ensured us it did not. My younger son has a severe peanuts allergy. He took one bite when my daughter noticed it had PEANUTS in it. Any business that serves food should properly train its employees on the ingredients in their products. Particularly when they contain allergens. Signs should be clear and visible to consumers. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Customer's be aware.

The best ice cream in Miami by far! So many options and everything is homemade! Definitely worth every penny.
