Absolutely everyone at Armex was incredible! The quality of work and the quality of person that we had in our home as we redid our shower was remarkable. And their attention to detail and organization was pleasantly uncommon. I would highly recommend them for any job, and we will definitely use them in the future.

My husband and I hired Armex Construction to do a gut job/renovation of our home in Cape Coral. We were always do-it-yourselfers back in Long Island, New York. My husband is an electrical engineer/project manager. My expertise has been tile installation.
Jose Arias and his team provided a work schedule to us so we understood what was being done. Jose was on site numerous times. From the beginning there were open lines of communication and the work was done to our complete satisfaction in a timely fashion.
The work performed by the carpenters, tile artisans, electricians and plumbers was exceptional. My husband was so impressed by the critical thinking skills of Miguel, who thought "outside the box" and suggested modifications on his own. So impressed was my husband, that he said he would have hired Miguel in New York!
Jose's team was also very considerate of us as we lived in the home during the project. For example, when the washer/dryer and stove needed to be moved for tiling/painting, the appliances were hooked up again for our use following this task.
The workers were very careful and tidied up a bit. To my surprise and delight, cleaning people were called in several times to thoroughly clean.
Jose Arias is a hard worker, a man of integrity and the highest standards. We are both very pleased with our home renovation and would recommend Armex Construction highly.

My name is Ed Anderson. We live in Boston and own a second home in Cape Coral, FL. Recently, ARMEX Construction renovated our master bathroom. Connie and Bernard were extremely helpful when I initially contacted then from Boston. Connie and Bernard coordinated times to meet with my neighbor to gain access for initial measurements and estimates. Connie stayed in constant touch and assisted me with tile selection.
We scheduled the renovation and arrived in Cape Coral to oversee the project. We were impressed with the renovation team. Brian and Dale explained the renovation process in detail. Brian, who served as the project foreman, was phenomenal. Brian coordinated the initial demolition, plumbing, tile install, shower door installment, countertop installment, painting, and mirror installment. Brian was on site every day and stayed in constant telephone contact updating us on the daily schedule and progress. We were thoroughly impressed with Brian's professionalism.
I cannot say enough about the members on work crews. They were prompt, polite and courteous. At the end of each day, a member of the work crew invited us in to inspect the progress of the project to ensure that we were satisfied. We were extremely happy with the quality of work put into our new master bathroom.
We were so happy with the outcome that I reached out to Connie and Brian to inform them that we plan on contacting ARMEX to discuss the renovation of our half bathroom. If you are looking for new construction or renovations, I highly recommend ARMEX Construction.
