These ALCLAIR RSM IEMs are the bomb! When you listen to a known source using a high end device you can expect to hear things. I've had custom fit single driver IEMs from another manufacturer for years, and they're good. I've got high end Shure SRH1540 closed back headphones, killer sound. The Alclair RSM IEMs BLOW THEM AWAY! They're so good that I can hear EVERYTHING the vocal mic, (Shure KSM9), has to offer, good and bad, exactly.

These IEMs put the studio feel in your monitoring, while playing live. I'm a sound engineer and a vocalist. I know the difference, but you don't have to have skill, training or experience to immediately HEAR the difference, you only need the money. Yes, they're expensive, no you can't borrow them, they're custom fit.

About custom fit ear monitors: Try good universal fit IEMs. Make a chewing motion simulating singing. If your ears tend to push them OUT of your ears, you may need custom fit monitors. My ear canals are small, only custom fit devices work for me. Whether you need or want custom fit monitors, they are a step in the professional direction, and make a huge difference.

I got my impressions done in a Chicagoland hearing center for about $75. My husband and I then ordered our Tour Triple Drivers ($500) from Alclair online. The website could probably use a little tune up, but the service was great and the clarity in these in-ear monitors are amazing!! They arrived neatly packaged about 5 weeks after we sent the impressions in. So glad I got these from Alclair! If you can't justify marked up prices for some quality monitors, Alclair provides quality within a budget! Can't wait to make some beautiful music with these!
