Adogo Pet Hotel

I highly recommend Adogo for boarding and doggie day care. The staff is very welcoming, pleasant and responsible. They will provide special services at no charge such as administering medications and special feeding requirements. Upon request (at an additional fee) they will bathe and groom your dog and use your own special shampoo and conditioner, if supplied. I've toured the facility and found it to be immaculate! I love both the indoor and outdoor play areas that allow for fresh air to the dogs. I especially love the doggie cams so I can peek in and see how they are all interacting; it definitely makes me more comfortable and gives me peace of mind.
Charley loves this place and can't wait to meet the other dogs once we arrive. And, he is always somewhat reluctant to leave his friends behind when it's time to go home. I feel confident that he's being taken well care of so I can can enjoy my time away as well.

Don't take your dog here. Staff is incredibly beligerant and rude. Not sure what happened over the last few months, but the people I really like here quit or leave. Some really strange and irresponsible people are in charge of your dogs life. Keep that in mind. The new manager seems to have issues understanding, or even being available for questions at all. You can call ALL DAY multiple times with no answer. This is a dangerous place. Someone do an inspection.

My dog Goomba love going to Adogo. He knows when I call them and gets excited about just knowing that I will take him there. The staffs are so friendly and takes good cares of him. He always come home so exhausted and can nap for days afterwards

We keep coming back, it's pretty great & different from other pet hotels because they manage to hire dog loving people. And, you'll never have to worry about your pet being fed, exercised, & loved. Our dog has made many new friends & they're all fun to play with.

My dog got groomed there today. He's normally very nervous about the whole process but the groomer at Adogo did a great job to ease his anxiety and he looked very happy and calm when we picked him up. Thank you Adogo for taking good care of our boy! He's haircut looks awesome!

Our 2 dogs absolutely love coming here! We have used Adogo for day care as well as boarding for a couple years now and just recently had them take care of one of our dog's nails! The dogs are always so excited when we pull up to Adogo-so it makes us feel comfortable that they are getting the best of care! They also use cameras in the playrooms (indoor only) so you can watch your dogs interact with the staff and the other dogs. If you have any special needs or concerns I would encourage you to talk with them about it - so far they have always been great in accommodating us and we are about as picky of dog parents as you will find!

Have been going to Adogo for over 5 years. Service has progressively gone downhill. Front desk staff is inconsistent depending on the staff. Some seem more interested in their phones than in actual work. I drop my dogs off at opening time...I have had to wait for someone to get there.

They gave my dogs leashes to someone else....gave me two cheap loaners and offered no apology. Finally got my originals back a week later. I purchased replacements. I asked to speak with a manager. Was told there wasn't one there. I pushed and a supervisor appeared like magic.

Have tried to get grooming done there. They cancelled the first time as the groomer had quit. The next two times groomer didn't return my calls for days. I made alternative arrangements by then.

I tallied up my spend....at least 20,000. I have moved my two dogs elsewhere. They need to up the talent and monitor for good service. So disappointing.

I've never written a review about any single establishment in my life. Before I begin, let me make this clear that I am not blaming this business for what occurred, this is my way of seeking answers or guidance, to see if someone else has had a similar experience. I am looking for anything that may help myself and my fur baby, as I am desperate. My dog is my absolute best friend, my soul mate, he is my everything. I've never boarded him anywhere before, I went out of town last minute and I boarded him at Adogo Maple Grove. Prior to this he was in great health, he ran like a grey hound, with only some mild allergies that were ever of any concern. Suddenly, on the day I was returning home from my week long vacation, I had one of the most painful phone calls of my life. My precious dog had become paralyzed from the waist down. I spoke with the emergency vet who said if she performed emergency surgery on his spinal cord to remove fluids, etc. would give him a 50 percent chance of ever walking again. 10 days post op, we still have no feeling in his rear legs. I am trying to remain hopeful but it feels close to impossible. The vet believes it's most likely IVDD, which I don't disbelieve but I do feel like there is more to it. I've requested video footage from Adogo from the duration of his stay, they claim the footage doesn't record and is only live streamed, which very well could be true. Although, I just cannot wrap my head around any of this. I am so heart broken, I don't know where to begin as I just cannot gather any of my thoughts, naturally. Something like IVDD can be very random and sudden but usually there is an incident leading up to it and it's usually common among certain breeds that are predisposed this disease(my dog does not fall in this category). So for me I am beyond shocked, hurt, lost, confused, and here I am wondering if spending 8,000 dollars I don't have, on a surgery that may not even potentially work, is worth it. I am at my wits end. I've spoken with several members of their staff, the owner himself, and multiple vets to get their opinions. To my dismay, no solid answer prevails. Please, if any of you have any advice or experience with this or something similar, I am all ears. Thank you in advance.

This is the only place we leave our dogs. I love the webcam access so I can see my babies having fun. Staff is always extremely professional and knowledgeable, even keeping detailed notes about our pooches. Entrusting Adogo with my little loves is worth the cost because I know they're well cared for.
