A1 Air Conditioning

I first gave A1 AC a call back in 2019 when my AC went out in the summer, on a weekend, when I had company visiting from out of town.

I remember leaving a message and getting a call back quickly. John was able to come out the same day.

He had the parts on hand, fixed the issue, and charged me something reasonable (I don't remember).

What I DO remember is having a great experience! I have multiple properties and always give A-1 A/C a call for all of my A/C needs now.

Always love A1 air conditioning. They are quick to respond and the techs are always the greatest and get work done quickly and are very thorough!

Very happy with the service we received recently from A1. We are part time residents at our condo, so when our air condioner was acting up on a late Sunday night in August, we were concerned how long it would take to repair and how much it would cost.

We called A1 early Monday morning, since he had installed the unit in 2017. Much to our surprise, techs came out within 3 hours and had the problem fixed very quickly. It was a faulty capacitor.

The cost was extremely reasonable and we were back to a cool condo very quickly.

I have heard good things about John and his team and this solidifies it.

Can't say enough good things about John and his crew. Rollie and Dave just saved me some major heart ache, while installing an ac next door they serviced mine during a break. Found major plug, took care it. Super hot and they crawled up into my attic while they should be cooling down. Now that's service. Do not take the low bid. Take A1's . No one better.

Just had a great experience with the people at A1 air conditioning. They came out same day, fixed our air conditioner and were very fair with pricing. I can't really ask for more.

So many great reviews, what happened with me? Received a quote good for 30 days, 14 days later the price went up. They quoted 2 weeks to install due to capacity. I guess when business is good, reputation isn't important and your word can be broken.

Used A-1 again and not only did they respond very quickly (within 10 minutes!) but did a great job getting us and running with little delay. We have two units in the house on the island and we are terrible about maintenance so we appreciate the honest assessment of any issues we have. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative as we have suggested him to others with great results there as well. No response issues over years of contact.

This company goes above and beyond with their service. Nice to find someone who is a local that is fair, honest and up front with you as well as willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are a satisfied customer. No wonder they came so highly recommended by a friend who has also used this business for their AC issues

What a nice man! I have used this company 2x now and each time, they have been dependable, not overly expensive and did not try to sell me anything. He gave ideas and what to look for and made suggestions and what could help my humidity problem. I will continue to use them!
