Kazuya
Mashita "acola" Hayato is an Ultimate Steve player from Hyogo, Japan who is considered to be one of the best players in the world. He was ranked 1st in LumiRank 2023.
Biography[edit]
In February 2022 at Maesuma Offline, his first offline tournament outside of locals, he finished 2nd by beating Raito, Kome, Hero, Yaura, and resetting the bracket against Shuton. Three months later, he attended his first major, MaesumaTOP#7, and defeated Tsumusuto, Paseriman, Jogibu, Hero, Tea, Yoshidora, and Shuton twice to win the tournament; only four days later, he would win his first premier, Kagaribi#7. The following June, he took part in the Gimvitational, his third major and first North American major, winning once again. This made him the second Japanese player to win his first North American tournament, the first being Otori at Apex 2012.
acola joined flat gaming on March 24, 2022.[1] He left Flat Gaming on July 31 of the same year.[2] He joined ZETA DIVISION on September 16, 2022.[3]
