Born in Tegucigalpa MDC, Honduras in 1972, is a Honduran attorney and public notary, a partner in the corporate/M&A department at Aguilar Castillo Love, currently the director for the corporate law, real estate and IP departments at the Honduran office. Conciliator and arbitrator for the Tegucigalpa Chamber of Commerce. His education includes: Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (licentiate in law, 1994, honours student); Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Guatemala (1990–1991); Postgraduate studies: Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, España (LLM in corporate law, 2005–2006). Author of “Influence of DR-CAFTA on IP ;aw in Honduras" (Dec 2007). Arbitrator for the Honduran Chamber of Commerce. His practice focuses in corporate law, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, energy, real estate, IP and taxation both locally and cross-border throughout the offices in Central America. He has been professor of law for Escuela Agrícola Panamericana (El Zamorano). Languages: English, Italian and Spanish.
