Nostalgia overload: 'Crash Bandicoot' is coming back

(KTUL) -- If you're a 90s kid (or have 90s kids), you might know who Crash Bandicoot is. He's coming back.

The orange marsupial first appeared on the Playstation back in 1996 and was ultimately featured in more than a dozen games across multiple platforms. Sony announced in June the first three Crash Bandicoot games -- Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped -- were being remade for the Playstation 4 after years of requests from fans.

Over the weekend, developer Vicarious Visions gave us our first look at the remaster, dubbed Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy.

You can even play the game in 4K on a Playstation 4 Pro.

The trilogy will come with a $39.99 price tag and will be released sometime next year.
