Shiki: (The number of visitors are dwindling so maybe I should go walk around the area, myself.)
Shiki: (Since I’ve been wanting to see the works of the young painters and sculptures too…)
Shiki: Hm…? Isn’t that…
Shiki: Producer?
Ran: Oh, Shiki-kun! Great work!
Shiki: Huh? What’s up?
Shiki: (I didn’t tell her about the event today because it’s a job related to being a potter and has nothing to do with Ichu…)
Ran: People will be passing by this area, so how about we change locations?
Shiki: Ahh, you’re right. I was just so surprised that you’re here; I can’t say I’ve wrapped my head around it yet.

Shiki: Did you hear about this from a member of ArS?
Ran: Nope, not at all. I check everyone’s schedules on a daily basis so I was aware of this event.
Ran: Of course, knowing the details of the exhibition itself is one thing, but being aware of the fans’ reactions is another. That is something important to be a producer.
Shiki: I see.
Shiki: You’re really amazing to be able to think that far as a producer, little kitten.
Shiki: Plus, you’ve not only done your research, but have personally come down to have a look!
Ran: I wanted to hear about this event from you, personally, but you were just looking out for me, weren’t you?
Ran: You thought that it wouldn’t be good to take up my time, considering how busy I looked.

Shiki: But, little kitten? You’re everyone’s producer so you can’t just be looking out for me, alone.
Shiki: You’re basically in the position of our guardian, so there’s no way I could ever monopolize you like that.
Ran: You’re really the mom of ArS, aren’t you?
Shiki: Heh. I’m glad that you’ve admitted it, but how about you call me a reliable big brother next time?
Shiki: Capable, brilliant, producer-chan of ours?
Ran: Geez, stop making fun of me already!
Shiki: I’m not!
Shiki: How about I explain the works to you since you’ve come all the way down? Here, this way please.
Ran: Is it really okay for you to be doing that? Don’t you have to greet the guests?
Shiki: You’re one of my brilliant acquaintances too. Of course I’ve got to show you around!
Ran: I’ll take you up for your word if that’s okay then!
Shiki: Hehe, that’s better!

Shiki: First, we have this piece of work. The theme for this piece is “Beginnings”.
Ran: It’s a plate…?
Shiki: That’s right. I tried to make it as flat and round to the best of my abilities. Compare it to something akin to being unable to see the horizon; that’s the image I was going for.
Shiki: It’s made from clay made from Okinawa soil. It makes for a unique colour when done well, don’t you think?
Shiki: Oh, this one’s also Raku-ware
Ran: Raku-ware?
Shiki: It means that it was fired with a low temperature. It also uses a specific type of clay and special glazing–…
Shiki: Ahh, I’m rambling, aren’t I? Sorry, little kitten. You’re not all that knowledgeable in pottery either…
Shiki: I’ll try to make things simple and just explain what kind of image I was going for instead. It’ll take quite a bit of time if I were to go into details for the other works anyway.
Ran: Not at all. You don’t have to hold back on my account.
Ran: It’s quite a rare opportunity to have you explain things to me in front of the actual product itself!
Ran: Rather, I’d really appreciate it if you do!
Shiki: I’m really happy to hear that you’re willing to learn more about me.
Ran: Of course! You’re one of my assigned Ichu’s after atll!
Shiki: Eh~ So it’s not because you’re personally interested in me? Pity.
Shiki: (But I’m glad that you’re showing interest in pottery alone.)
Shiki: (You’re always being everyone’s producer, but you still came down today. So, it’s fine if I take it that you’re here for me, right little kitten?)
Ran: Shiki-kun? Is something the matter? You’re grinning to yourself.
