BUSINESS MATTERS: 7. Dir. Samantha announced a raffle that will take place over a two week period. The tickets will sell at $100 each. First place winner will receive a ticket to the Vagina Monologue and second place will receive a phone card.

There was a brief moment of silence for Rotaractor Shana-Kay and a short video was played in honour of her.

The funeral service for Rotaractor Shana-Kay will be held on February 14, 2015 in Portmore.
9. Upcoming Activities -
Interclubbing- we will merge with the Rotaract Club of UTECH on February 5 th. More details on that will come.

Valentine’s Bake Sale- Dir. Kim said that along with the usual pastries, we will be selling roses and offering a service to deliver goods to persons during the meeting on the Thursday before Valentine’s Day.

Sigma Run- This will take place on February 22nd and Dir. Krysta-Leigh encouraged everyone to participate as there is a cash prize for the largest college group. There is a $1000 entry fee and the deadline to enter is February 6, 2015.

Club Fusion is set for February 26 on the Lawns of Assembly Hall. If you want to be a part of the team that will be there, please see Dir. Ren at the next meeting.

Vagina Monologue- February 20, 2015. This is a production that we will be hosting in order to raise funds to contribute to the Step up for Armadale Campaign. The play features an all-female cast. If any female is interested in being a part of the play, please contact Dir. Samantha. Males can also get involved, by being a part of the production team and helping to promote the event.

Dir. Shenell’s Project is to host study marathons for GSAT AND CXC (CSEC & CAPE). Both will take place on campus and several institutions will be invited. If you are interested in tutoring, please see Dir. Shenell.

Treas. Lemar informed everyone that Induction is February 26, 2015 at 5:30 pm. The venue is Lecture theatre 2 at the Faculty of Medical Sciences. Prospective members to be inducted should be at the venue by 5:00 pm.

Treas. Lemar reminded Prospectives that their club dues should be a total of $1,150 when calculated. In addition to that District dues are USD $10.

The dress code is full black. Black Rotaract Oxford shirt with black jeans or pants.

He also reminded Prospectives that they should complete a total of 10 services, and the services for this semester so far include: a. Sigma Run b. Vagina Monologue participation c.
