Summer time is here, and its time to fire up that grill! And what better way to do it Portuguese style than with some shrimp! This is zesty, fresh, and just a bit spicy. I promise, though, that you'll be licking your fingers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Large Shrimp, shell on, partially butterfly
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Piri Piri
  • 1 cup White Wine or Vinho Verde
  • 2 Lemons
  • Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cilantro or Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Massa de Pimentao

Instructions
 

  • Marinade Shrimp with salt, pepper, massa de pimentao, garlic, wine, piri piri, and lemon juice.
  • Preheat grill to high heat, and add shrimp. Cook on each side about 2-3 minutes, do not overcook.
  • Put all shrimp in a bowl, and add 2nd half of Piri Piri and Lemon Juice. Add Cilantro or Parsley and mix well.
  • Serve with Lemon or Lime wedges.
