Chapurrear means: To speak with difficulty a foreign language for example "chapurrea un poco el español cuando va a comprar"

Chapurrear is to speak a foreign language with difficulty . It’s used in Spanish to indicate that you can speak a language but you do not really know much about it. If you can say a few things in french but you can't have a conversation u could say: Chapurreo un poco de francés.
