BIOGRAPHY

PhD in Law and Professor – Complutense University, (Madrid). Currently Vice President and Director of SANTANDER Spain.
Prime Minister of the Environment (1996) signatory of the KYOTO Protocol. DEPUTY National CONGRESS DEPUTIES (16 years) leading the AAEE Commission and first in the EU. She has been a Member of the STATE COUNCIL and Director of ENAGAS, ENCE, TeleMadrid and Member of the Advisory Council of AMUNDI and ACCENTURE.
President of SIEBEL SYSTEMS (today Oracle) for Spain and Portugal.
She worked in the Legal Department of the Nuclear Energy Board (CIEMAT) as part of the Group of Government Legal Experts of the European Energy Agency (OECD).
Member of the Royal Academy of Doctors (RADE) of the Institute of Minas Gerais (Porto Alegre BRAZIL),
Founder of the Spanish Association of Celiacs (1979) of the WAS Association (Women Action Sustainability) and of WLW (Women in a Legal World) receiving the International Award for “Women who make a difference” from the IWF (International Women Forum in CANADA).
She is in possession of the Cross of St. Raimundo de Peñafort and that of Carlos III.
