KIWASABI
Interesting, an unreleased Waterworld light gun game for 3do. I'd like to play that; too bad it probably wasn't even in a playable state (although they did the get the prerendered graphics looking very nice). Is the demo on the 3do buffet demo disc just a video? By the way, any self-respecting 3do fan should own and love the 3do version of Wolfenstein 3d; it is by FAR the best version of the game. It was designed by a designer who later went on to be one of the Diablo designers, and he only did the 3do version. It has cd quality music and sound which is not to be missed; obviously the DOS, Jaguar, SNES, etc versions can't compete with that. -Adam Edited July 28, 2009 by KIWASABI
KIWASABI
Anybody know what Achieve Peace was supposed to be like? Sounds like an oddball game to be sure. -Adam
mattyg
Anybody know what Achieve Peace was supposed to be like? Sounds like an oddball game to be sure. -Adam Like a lot of Japanese "games" available on 3DO it's more of an interpretation of a traditional game. Ie this one is almost a virtual tarot card reader for want of a better term ! In the west it is oddball - in the east it was a cheap to produce and familiar money spinner. S1500
There's a couple non-youtube sources to see "Plumbers Don't Wear Ties" in action. I cannot believe that game was actually released. It's like they tried to aim for the lowest production values ever. I've seen more game depth in a banner ad.

kevincal
Hey! Guess what I FINALLY got!? A capture card! No more pointing my digital camera at my tv! triverse
The new vids look great. If you want, send me one that is about a minute long with some gameplay in it, I will see if I can help get them to be a little sharper with as little extra editing as possible (just a matter of running them through a video editing program-Windows Movie Maker probably has the option to "sharpen" you may want to play with that). Great vids though, can't wait to see more (do you have a list of games somewhere, maybe you could take requests or something).

Great vids though, can't wait to see more (do you have a list of games somewhere, maybe you could take requests or something). Thanks! The capture card you sold me is great. I feel sort of dumb, I was using AV cables to record the first batch of videos when I had an S-video cable. The most recent vids I uploaded last night should be sharper. But I'll check out Windows MM. Ya I thought of taking requests. I'm really bummed, I wanted to record the whole long intro for Iron Soldier 3 on the PlayStation. I just bought a used copy of the game and my PS wouldn't read the disc as it was really scratched. I tried to buff out the scratches last night using "home remedies" and I think I only made it worse. But ya that is a good idea to take requests. I haven't updated my games list in a long time, might take awhile.. I mainly wanted to try to upload vids to YouTube that didn't already have vids. But I'm willing to do anything.
triverse
I am glad that the card is being used in such a great way and that you are able to bring even higher quality vids to the many fans that watch them on youtube (by the way, thanks for the one for San Diego Zoo or whatever that was about the animals, I always wanted to see it in motion, just to see what it was about but never willing to pay the price stores wanted for it-usually $30+). I feel bad for charging you for it since you are a friend and are trying to do such great things with it so I am going to send you a better copy of Iron Soldier 3, just post a vid of what you wanted on Youtube, alright? Ya I'm definitely puting the card to use! Glad you like the Zoo one. I was a little confused as to what to do in the game at first. Neat aniumal videos though I thought. I went to the San Diego Zoo when I was a kid. It's one of the biggest zoos in the US iirc. Please don't feel bad. I was happy to pay for it! Right on of the IS3! You rock.
