FlexRock FX-814 is an elastomeric copolymer liquid rubber coating modified to deliver remarkable elasticity, tensile strength, and UV protection, as well as superior weathering performance. This adaptable membrane provides impressive waterproofing capabilities and low-temperature flexibility, in addition to exhibiting superior adhesiveness with many thoroughly prepared substrates including EPDM.

It is recommended for use on wood, metal, EPDM, APP, TPO, and Hypalon roof substrates; however, it is not suitable for application above tar-based roofing.
