Welcome to FIL
Fedan Investments Limited was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission in the year 1994. At the time, the company was dealing on Tokunbo motor spare parts and later Tokunbo refrigerators. When GSM was introduced in Nigeria during the administration of President Olusegun Obasanjo, the Chairman quickly drifted into the mobile phone accessories business.
He took the bull by horns, without recourse he started travelling to both Dubai and China. This time travelling to China he decided to run with his name (brand) – FIL. Gradually, FIL products started getting its market share and very encouraging. At this time, he collapsed the fridge shop and pulled resources over to Alaba International market – the largest electronics market in West Africa.
