Tano

Tano (Swahili for 'five')) is a male spotted hyena. He is a minor antagonist in Disney Junior series The Lion Guard. Tano served loyally under his clan leader, Janja, until he was promoted to be second-in-command alongside his clan mate, Nne. After that, Nne and Tano turned against Janja and attempted to hunt oryx for themselves, only to be stopped by the Lion Guard. They soon returned to Janja's clan, as seen in Season 2.

The character is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
