English: An ángel arcabucero (arquebusier angel), an angel depicted with an arquebus (an early muzzle-loaded firearm) instead of the sword traditional for martial angels, dressed in clothing inspired by that of the Andean nobles and aristocrats.
Español: Se trata de un ángel arcabucero, es decir la representación de un ángel con arcabuz en lugar de la tradicional espada. Este estilo se desarrolló durante la colonia en América del Sur. En la pintura virreinal del Perú, el tema de los ángeles se configura como uno de los más característicos de la escuela cuzqueña de pintura.
