Manga

Boruto is back with a scary first look at the main characters after the time skip

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is the new name for the series, with a time skip of unspecified length just like its predecessor and big changes for the characters.

Update:
Boruto

The return of the Boruto manga is just around the corner after four months of hiatus (here are the date and time of release for the next chapter) and V Jump magazine wanted to make us all even more excited with another one of the new designs of its protagonists. If a few weeks ago they delighted us with a Sarada Uchiha aiming to become Hokage, today they bring us the appearance of Boruto.

With his lifelong necklace, with the Uzumaki clan logo on his chest and small nods to Himawari and Konoha… Boruto couldn’t look more badass in this new stage of the manga. Remember that, upon his return, the series is no longer called Boruto: Naruto Next Generations and changes its name to Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. There will be a time jump of several years in the story, looking to mark a before and after similar to that of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, where all the characters grew up and the story got more serious and adult themes.

In fact, the last episode of Boruto said goodbye with one of those cliffhangers impossible to forget, the ones who leave us in suspense biting our nails. In it, Boruto became a renegade ninja and in turn, Sarada awakened the mangenkyou sharingan, but she was the first of her clan to achieve it thanks to the intensity of her love and not the strength of her hate (as was the case with Sasuke, if you remember). As if the new generation of Uzumaki and Uchiha was destined to repeat the story of their parents, but mirrored. Instead of Naruto chasing after Sasuke and wanting to be Hokage, now it is Sarada who is looking for Naruto and yearning to be the leader of Konoha.

The other character designs for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex are not far behind.

This is a great summer for Naruto fans. To the Boruto changes we must add the new spin-off manga based on Minato (now available to read), the return of the original Naruto anime with 4 special episodes (for which there is already a release date), and a new video game in the series, Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm CONNECTIONS, of which we should have news soon, since it was announced for this year.
