Introducing Saul and Sheree, experienced innovators, entrepreneurs and the creators of eBEER™.
They were sick of boring watery lower carb beers and heavy bloating craft beers, so they turned their passion and experience learnt in the cheese industry and channeled it into the beer industry. They were determined to work out how to make lower carb beer with big flavour.
The answer was found in eBrewing technology. Where the past meets the future, tradition meets technology and lower carb meets a flavour explosion.
