Mr. Alec N. Shepherd

Mr. Alec Shepherd is an Attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D) from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in Houston, TX. Mr. Shepherd has over 8 years of experience in Immigration, focusing on employment and family-based petitions such as H-1B, TN, PERM labor certifications, I-140, I-130, Adjustment of Status applications, Naturalization, USCIS RFE’s and notices of intent-to-deny, and Immigration Motions/Appeals. He represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As the grandchild of an immigrant, Mr. Shepherd is passionate about helping individuals achieve their dreams by providing immigration advice that can change the lives of not only the client, but the client’s generations to come.
