For my H0 2L streetcar layout, I have designed a rail bed for 3D printing into which I can insert Roco profiles from their flex track. As I use turnouts from Trix, I have provided mechanical couplings for this. The bedding can be used mechanically with Trix C track and Roco flex track. Only small protruding parts have to be cut off at the coupling. The power supply can simply be provided with Märklin K-track earth connections.

Important: as the rail profiles spring back, they should be pre-bent to the radius before insertion. This makes insertion easier and prevents the rail connectors from springing back.

I look forward to any suggestions for improvement.

Printing works well with PLA and a layer height of 0.16 mm.
