English: The genealogical clan tree of the Garre. The Garre split in 2 great sub-clans, Tuf and Kuranyo.
The Kuranyo are Garre by marriage. Kuranyow married Tuf daughter Mako and became part of the Garre confederation. The Tuf are further divided into the Ali and Adola groups, the Kuranyo are further divided into the Asare and Furkesha groups Kuranyo(Quranyow) who was married to Tuf's daughter , genealogically descends from Dir son of Irir son of Samaale. The Garre also descend from Samaale. |
