Being a Sega Game Gear exclusive is a pretty certain way to fade into obscurity. That console was... Bad. Arena: Maze of Death being late in that generation made it doubly obscure.
I do admire that the top-down action game tried to offer a full experience, even if it's weirdly empty. The only other thing I know about the game is that the protagonist is called Guy Freelander and looks like Adam Scott.
