Brothers BJ, Azeez Ojulari to be opponents for 1st time ever

The Arizona Cardinals and New York Giants hold a few player connections between the two teams, but there is also a family connection. Linebacker BJ Ojulari, the Cardinals’ second-round selection in the 2023 NFL draft, gets to face his brother, Giants linebacker Azeez Ojulari.

On Sunday when the Giants and Cardinals play in State Farm Stadium, it will mark the first time the two brothers are opponents on a football field.

They played in the same conference in college but only shared one season as college football players. Azzez went to Georgia and BJ to LSU.

The one season they were in college at the same time, LSU and Georgia did not play.

It won’t be the only time this season a Cardinals player has a brother as an opponent.  Linebacker Cam Thomas has a brother — offensive lineman Zack Thomas — who plays for the Rams.
