This 2005 Honda CBR1000RR Repsol Edition is powered by a 998cc inline-four paired with a six-speed transmission and finished in a paint scheme patterned after its contemporary HRC MotoGP race bike. Equipment includes a twin-spar aluminum frame, fully-adjustable suspension, a Honda Electronic Steering Damper, hollow-spoke aluminum wheels, and triple disc brakes with radially-mounted Tokico front calipers. The bike was originally delivered to Bob Lanphere’s Beaverton Motorcycles in Tigard, Oregon and is said to have remained in the state since. This CBR1000RR has 450 miles and is now offered on dealer consignment with a motorcycle cover, a factory sticker set, Repsol-Honda racing leathers, a copy of its Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin, and a clean Oregon title.

The fully-faired bodywork wears an orange, red, black, and white Repsol livery inspired by the RC211V race bike ridden to two consecutive MotoGP championships by Valentino Rossi. Features include an aluminum twin-spar frame, 4.8-gallon fuel tank, a clear windscreen, and a black vinyl two-up seat with a passenger seat cover.

Hollow-spoke 17″ aluminum wheels are finished in orange and wear Pirelli Diablo Corsa tires measuring 120/70 front and 190/50 rear. Fully-adjustable suspension consists of a 43mm Honda Multi-Action System (HMAS) inverted fork and a Unit Pro-Link rear monoshock mounted to a double-sided swingarm. Stopping power comes from dual 310mm front discs with radially-mounted four-piston Tokico calipers as well as a single-piston Nissin caliper mounted over a 220mm rear disc.

Clip-on handlebars are mounted below the top triple clamp which is fitted with a Honda Electronic Steering Damper. Instrumentation consists of tachometer with an 11,500-rpm redline as well as digital displays including a clock and readouts for speed and engine temperature. The digital odometer shows 450 miles.

The 998cc DOHC inline-four was factory rated at 172 horsepower and 85 lb-ft of torque. Features include dual-stage fuel injection, forged-aluminum pistons, and an under-tail exhaust.
