Made from a one-half hectare of pre-phylloxera ungrafted vines. Aged for six months in 350-liter French (Allier) oak barrels of between one and four years old.The rare Vijareigo Blanco grape shows lush fruit flavors and minerality. The acidity is fresh and the oak is very subtle, giving more round texture that flavor.
