The Pippin AtMark is a video game console and computer designed by Apple, Inc. and produced by Bandai. It was released in Japan in 1995 and in the US in 1996 for $599. It contains a CD-ROM drive and a cable which allowed the system to hook up directly to a television. The Pippin was considered a fifth generation console, with its chief competitors being the Sega Saturn, the Sony PlayStation, and the Nintendo 64. Apple and Bandai hoped to market the system as a cheap computer that could also play video games extremely well, but it was viewed by purchasers as a video game console first and a computer second, thus making it too expensive in comparison to the other console options.

Fewer than 100,000 consoles were manufactured before the Pippin was discontinued, and in 2009, PC World Magazine rated the Pippin as one of the "25 Worst Tech Products of all Time."
