Patrick J. Kervin, P.E.
PRINCIPAL

B.S., Civil Engineering, Structural and Geotechnical Emphasis
Patrick started his career in glazing and a practitioner in the fields of geotechnical engineering and inspection. He proceeded to gain over 25 years of experience in structural design as the principal and lead engineer of an engineering firm with over 40 employees. Patrick has worked on projects varying in size and complexity from single-family residences to multi-story office buildings and institutional centers. He has a broad range of experience working with materials including light and heavy timber, steel, concrete (cast-in-place, tilt-up, and pre-cast), and masonry. He is also well versed in post-tensioned and slab-on-ground foundation systems.
Patrick specializes in aluminum, glass design including analysis and consulting with over 30 years experience he can help you with all of your needs.
Patrick demands a high quality of work in day-to-day operations and in services provided. His diverse background and experience in the field provide him with a unique perspective and exceptional engineering abilities.

B.S. Civil Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Structures
John has 17 years of engineering experience in a variety of areas. He specializes in modular and residential construction. He has experience with heavy timber, multi-family, glass & glazing, steel, concrete, masonry, and post-tensioned concrete.
John has trained many engineers over the years and has managed numerous projects as a project manager at a Denver firm.
Prior to entering the engineering profession he worked at a nationwide grocery retailer where he learned management and accounting skills that he has applied to everyday engineering tasks during the length of his engineering career.
