ALBORE'S DESIGN PROCESS

Albore has chosen to take a different way from the traditional lighting design brands.

We want to show that it is possible make design with eco-friendly process.

ADDITIVE PROCESS

FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING

Albore uses the 3D Print technology called 'FDM' or 'Fused Deposition Modeling'. It is an additive process, meaning that it builds objects layer by layer, using only the amount of material needed. In contrast, traditional production methods involve subtractive processes, so the material is removed from a larger block to create the desired shape, causing considerable material waste.

PUDDY: THE FIRST PROJECT

From "ZM DESIGN LAB" to "ALBORE DESIGN"

The 'Puddy' lamp is the first design product born from a university thesis. We launched it on 'Kickstarter' after finishing the studies with our first collaboration studio 'ZM Design Lab'.
